Three things every promotion has to get right.

Certified draws

Winners are drawn on SafeDraw, the certified electronic drawing system, with a third-party scrutineer at every draw and the result recorded server-side as the single official record.

Permits and jurisdiction

Trade promotion rules differ in every state. Entries are earned through a purchase or action and never sold, which keeps the legal basis clean, and permits are applied for where a jurisdiction requires one.

Auditable records

Every entry, every source and every draw is logged server-side and exportable. If a claim is ever questioned, the record is the answer, not a screenshot.

Optional fraud detection checks every entry before a draw: duplicate hashing, velocity caps, device fingerprinting and forgery detection, with a human reviewing anything flagged. Customer data is first-party, held securely, and only ever used for the promotion you run.
